Customer Service
Certification Program

To ensure that every engagement is a positive experience for all parties, this certification program equips personnel with the fundamental customer interaction and de-escalation skills they need to use on a daily basis. The amount of time needed for training depends on how many staff members will interact with customers. Following training, certification will remain in effect for one year.

Training Sessions Include:

  • In-Person facilitation

  • Practical application scenarios

  • Top level de-escalation techniques

  • Training materials and resources to facilitate ongoing World Class Customer Service

STANDARD COSTS:

Up to 50 participants - $2400
51-100 participants - $3100
101+ participants - contact us for a custom quote!

*Trainings outside of Colorado Springs, Pueblo, or Denver will incur additional travel costs.
