As a management-specific add-on of the It's a BLAST to SERVE™ & SERVE-ing Beside Christ™️ customer service training courses, this program has been skillfully created to help your company’s leadership support front-line staff in their interactions with customers.

Training Session Includes:

  • In-person facilitation

  • Comprehensive personality and skills assessment for team cohesion

  • Servant Leadership based instruction

  • Training materials and resources to facilitate ongoing Kingdom Class service

  • Individual follow up coaching session

Standard Cost:

Stand-alone training for up to 5 participants - $2600

Additional participants - $550 each
