As a continuation of the It's a BLAST to SERVE™ training course, this program has been skillfully created to support front-line staff in their interactions with clients and management in their relationships with workers. Depending on your company's requirements, enrollment might be for a full workforce or for a single individual.

Individual Coaching Includes:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions to assess and improve existing skills

  • SERVE goal setting

  • Interpersonal conflict resolution techniques

  • De-escalation and retention techniques for your specific business model
