Executive Class Accreditation Program
Company leaders demand to be treated like royalty in today's culture, but at ServeBC, we question, "Why just those who are executives? Why not everyone?!" This package will monitor your internal business environment with both employees and management, and it will provide you with the resources you need to successfully address pain issues before they become employee turnover. By completing the accreditation requirements, your organization earns SERVE™ accreditation as an Executive Class Employer™. Obtaining accreditation requires meeting the Executive Class Standards™ (see below) and takes approximately six months.
Recommended program options based on the initial audit can include:
Anonymous employee feedback survey for management interactions
Background Leadership™ Management Coaching
In-person interviews to assess the overall office atmosphere
Creation (if needed) and collection of all ongoing employee exit surveys & stay interviews
Monitoring of available online reviews (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.)
Maintaining your Certification
Once your audit shows that your employee satisfaction meets the Executive Class Standards™, your business will Executive Class Certified. There is a monthly administrative fee required for bi-annual audits, and other programs may be renewed based on audit recommendations*. Businesses at this level will be able to advertise as such on their own marketing and will be included on the ServeBC Executive Class Referral List!
