Accreditation Program
Many companies excel at either customer service or staff satisfaction. To do both, though, a dedicated team is required! This comprehensive program will show you how to take your company or business to the epitome of servant leadership—truly understanding what it is to "Live to Serve". By completing the accreditation requirements, your organization earns SERVE™ accreditation as a Kingdom Class Company™. Obtaining accreditation requires meeting the Kingdom Class Standards™ and takes approximately eight months.

Specifically tailored "Irritating Process" Improvement Plan™
It's a BLAST to SERVE!™ customer service certification for all employees
Anonymous employee feedback survey for management interactions
In-person interviews & customer survey/interaction analysis to assess overall SERVE™ atmosphere
Monitoring of all available online reviews
BBB accreditation monitoring and support
Live to Serve™ Service and/or Management Coaching
Maintaining Accreditation
Once your audit shows that your business meets the Kingdom Class Standards™, your business will be Kingdom Class Certified. There is a monthly administrative fee required for bi-annual audits, and other programs may be renewed based on audit recommendations*. Businesses at this level will be able to advertise as such on their own marketing and will be included on the ServeBC Kingdom Class Referral List!
