Accreditation Program

"World-class customer service" is something that many businesses aim to offer. In today’s day and age, though, customers want accountability! This accreditation program is designed to monitor, enhance and certify the way your company interacts with its clients on the outside. We will provide you with the information you need to spot worrying trends in customer satisfaction early on and help you take appropriate action. By completing the accreditation requirements, your organization earns SERVE™ accreditation as a top-tier provider of customer service. Obtaining accreditation requires meeting the World Class Standards™ (see below) and takes approximately six months.

Recommended program options based on the initial audit may include:

  • BBB accreditation monitoring and support

  • It's a BLAST to SERVE!™ customer service certification for all front-line employees

  • Live to Serve™ Service Coaching

  • Creation and compilation of ongoing SERVE™-based customer experience survey - including NPS monitoring

  • Random call monitoring to provide real-time feedback on customer service response

  • Monitoring of available online customer reviews (Google, Yelp, FaceBook, etc.)


Maintaining your Credentials

Once your audit shows that your customer satisfaction meets the World Class Standards™, your business will be World Class Certified. There is a monthly administrative fee required for bi-annual audits, and other programs may be renewed based on audit recommendations*. Businesses at this level will be able to advertise as such on their own marketing and will be included on the ServeBC World Class Referral List!

Annual Maintenance Cost: $4800/year or $500 per month
*Recommended programs will be maintained with a 25% discount

  • 100% of front-end employees BLAST to SERVE™ Certified
