Service & Empathy Training/Certification

Serving in a church setting is unlike service anywhere else. Expectations of interactions in a church office are often held to a higher standard than in any other office setting. To ensure that every engagement is a Kingdom-Class experience for all parties, this certification program equips office staff with the fundamental interaction and de-escalation skills they need to use on a daily basis. The amount of time needed for training depends on how many staff members will be present. At least one senior management-level participant is required at every session.
Following training, certification will remain in effect for a year.

Training Sessions Include:

• Prayer-based in-person facilitation

• Practical application scenarios

• Top level de-escalation techniques

• Training materials and resources to facilitate ongoing Kingdom Class service

STANDARD COSTS:

Stand-alone training for up to 50 participants - $2100
Stand-alone training for 50-100 participants - $2900
